    Once we have “real talk”, I will then prep my marketing package for your home. This will entail showing details, marketing materials, and all things curb appeal.

  • Reviewing of the Offers

    When the offers roll in, I’ll break them down, explain the terms, and help you choose the one that aligns best with your needs.

    Once you’ve accepted an offer, the buyer will conduct their inspections and appraisal. I’ll coordinate all moving parts, advocate on your behalf, and keep you in the loop.
