Buying Process

Choose a Lender
Before we open any doors, let’s alleviate a lot of pain. I recommend you speak to at least two or three different lenders for pre-approval. Different lenders have different products and can help you choose the right one for you. I also have trustworthy pros I work with if you have no idea where to start.

A transaction can get complicated. You don’t just want anyone representing you or negotiating your contract. I have the ability and knowledge to advocate for you from open door to closing table.

Matchmaking with Ease
Once you obtain your pre-approval we can now jump in and get going to see all those great homes you desire. Here is when I know what shoe is going to fit. We will schedule showings accordingly until we find that glass slipper.

THE ONE!
We have found the perfect home for all your needs and wants and now it’s time to put in an offer. I will assist you in bringing your best offer to the table to win out over the competition. And don’t worry if your offer gets refused, you have options and sometimes a rejected offer leads to a better house.

Inspection Time
When an inspection is scheduled and completed, a thorough report is sent to us to go over. Here we will talk about what is nitpicking and what is a solid ask for repairs or credits. This is also where you will witness my negotiating prowess.

Appraise Be
Your lender will send out an appointed appraiser to do their own inspection to confirm the home value. Depending on the type of loan will determine if further repairs need to be made. During this time your approval is hitting that final stage.

Finalities
Once everything is its final phases, we will be scheduling the final walk-through and hopefully capturing the moment with a nice photo or video. All the T’s will be crossed and then you are headed to the closing table!

Pen is steady, signature is locked. You made it, you are now at the closing table where you will sign a bunch of papers, but in the end—the keys to your kingdom are now yours!
